Gutenberg List Block is not translated
If your Gutenberg list blocks are not translated, it may be that they are using the old format, which has been deprecated many years ago, and is not supported by the plugin.
For instance, say that this list block is not translated:

Edit the content using the Code Editor, and check if the list block is using the old format.
You will know because all
tags are nested inside the wp:list block:

...like this:

82% of European event planners expect to host more in-person events in 2025.

45% prefer unique venues — think rooftop gardens, art galleries, and historic buildings.

The party planning market is set to grow from $5.5 billion in 2025 to $19.67 billion by 2034.

Personal celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries) make up 60% of planned events, with group/corporate events at 40%.

The new, valid format contains instances of the wp:list-item block, which is supported.

That same list, should be formatted like this:

82% of European event planners expect to host more in-person events in 2025.

45% prefer unique venues — think rooftop gardens, art galleries, and historic buildings.

The party planning market is set to grow from $5.5 billion in 2025 to $19.67 billion by 2034.

Personal celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries) make up 60% of planned events, with group/corporate events at 40%.

Once you have those list blocks formatted the right way, it will work.
To do this, select the list block, and then click on Ordered and back to Unordered, that will reformat the list block HTML the right way.
